For all reservation, a deposit has to be made as a guarantee equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Time of arrival  : Even guaranteed, the reservations will be maintained only until 17 o’clock. After this time limit, the room will be booked to someone else. So, we advise you to inform us about your late arrival.

Room availability: your room will be available from 15 o’clock the day of your arrival. We request you to vacate the room before 11 o’clock in order to clean it for the next clients. A luggage space is at your disposal so that you could take advantage of your first or last day in Valberg.

Reception time : The reception is opened from 8 o’clock to 20 o’clock. For all arrival foreseen after 20 o’clock, we recommend you to contact the reception as soon as possible.

Debit card at distance : The oral or writing transmission of your debit card number (or the payment by check) is worth the debit agreement of the amount of your stay. (C.Cass ; civ 1° - 19oct 1999 – n°1379). The hotel is allowed to collect the deposits at distance.

Breakfast: The breakfast is offered and only to the clients of Le Chastellan Hotel. No repayment will not be asked in case you do not want breakfast.

Deposit : At your arrival, your debit card number will be requested as a guarantee or failing that, a 500-euro check.
